Book order

ん ば ろ う   日 本 !

Dear HKTPSC members,

Thank you for your support to our society as always. As introduced by our member Florence Chau during the HKTPSC Autumn BBQ event and through our Facebook, you are probably aware of a book called

日本・再出發 – 在日港人311地震後感” written by 22 Hong Kong people living in Japan.

Please refer to the publisher’s website for further details of the book:

Joint Publishing (H.K.) and the Facebook page set up by the authors:  Chinese Version and Japanese Version.

Since the book is only on sale in Hong Kong and Taiwan, for those in Japan and would like to have a copy, we decided to take orders for this book from now until 18 November 2011.

The details of order are as follows:

Price per book:     HK$125 (approx. JPY 1,250)

Postage for one book from Hong Kong to Japan (for reference only)

By air-mail:            HK$ 94 (will take approx. 7 days)

By ship:                 HK$48 (will take approx. 1 month)

Note that the more books sending to one address, the postage for each book become cheaper e.g. sending 6 books by air-mail to one address is about HK$230. Therefore, if you would like to order with few friends together, the postage will be a lot cheaper.

Please kindly send your order request to japanreboot@gmail.com with the e-mail title name “Book order - (your name)”.

In that e-mail, please state clearly;

1) Your name

2) Your address (including post code)

3) How many copies you would like to order

4) Method of postage (by air-mail or ship)

5) Please leave your telephone number / e-mail address to us in case we need to chase the orders more accurately

For easier administrative purposes, we will ask you to deposit the money (book + postage) into a Japanese bank account first before sending out the book(s) to you. Once we receive the order, such detail will be communicated to you individually.

If we are able to make a bulk purchase by say, more than 20 copies collectively, we could be able to negotiate with discount with the publisher, subject to their agreement.

Thank you for your support!
